Welcome to our dog walking and pet sitting services! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to care for your furry family members. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions before booking with us.
 

1. Payment:  

The client agrees to provide payment for services in a timely manner as agreed upon. 
 
2. Cancellation Policy:  

-Pet sitting is subject to a 30% deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule pet sitting, please let us know at least 10 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance forfeit the deposit. 

 

-If you need to cancel or reschedule a service (excluding pet sitting), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. 
 
3. Liability:  

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pets, accidents can happen. By booking our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any injury, loss, or damage to your pet or property. 
 
4. Key Policy: 

 If you choose to provide us with a key to your home, we will keep it in a secure location and label it with a code that does not identify your address. We will not share your key or personal information with anyone. 

 

5. Property Access: 

By using our services, you authorize our staff to access your property for the purpose of caring for your pet. We guarantee that our staff will treat your property with respect and privacy. 

 

6. Pet Health and Behavior: 

It is the responsibility of the pet owner to disclose any health or behavioral issues concerning their pet. We reserve the right to refuse services if we deem the pet to be a danger to themselves, our staff or other animals. 

  

8.The client agrees to provide all necessary information about their pet(s) including medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues. 

  

9.The client agrees to provide a secure collar or harness with identification tags for their dog(s) and ensure that their pet(s) are up to date with all necessary vaccinations. 

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
